Katja Bartholmess is a strategist and anthropologist who connects dots and solves problems around communication, transformation, and innovation. In the past she has led strategy for accounts like Mercedes-Benz, Cadillac, UNHCR, and Deloitte. Now she works exclusively with companies and organisations that are making strides in sustainability, impact, and systems change. Currently, she leads an exploration programme into the German market for B Lab Europe. She has lived and worked across the globe in Europe, North America, Africa, and Asia.
After over 10 years in NYC she has returned to Europe and now splits her time between Berlin and London.
Katja will be one of our Business Surgeons at the Summit. In this session, participants can have personal conversations in which they describe the symptoms of their business challenges to the Business Surgeons who help to diagnose, and discuss possible treatments for long term business solutions.
